refresh signal













I see that your Radio is active on your account.

I will have to send an refresh signal to your Radio.


If still you do not receive programming on your Radio please follow these steps and send another signal to your Radio.



Please visit www.siriusxm.com/refresh or call our automated activation hotline at 1-855-MYREFRESH (697-3373). Be sure to have your Radio ID/ESN handy when you call.
If you still do not receive an signal with in 5 minutes , please  turn your radio on with the antenna facing skyward. (If your radio is in your car, please make sure it isn't parked in the garage.) Tune your radio to channel 1( for XM Radios )  to receive the signal.  and for Sirius radios( please tune to channel 184).

Activate by Phone Steps:
Call 1-866-635-8634
At the prompt, speak your Radio ID (ESN or SID): XXXXXXX
Say "Yes" to confirm you're ready to receive your activation signal now
Listen to the instruction for receiving your activation signal. 


If you have any questions, say "Listener Care" to speak with an agent.

Enter your Radio ID (ESN or SID): XXXXXXX and click the submit button.
